Shipping
When an order is placed thru this web site, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as the address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this web site All purchases from thetwinklestars.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for any damaged or lost shipments. Any items ordered thru this web site may or may not be available. We reserve right to cancel full or partial orders with prior notice.
‘Free Shipping’ means that we(thetwinklestars.com) will pay one way shipping FREE to one customer address. If shipment is delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer, then the customer is responsible to purchase shipping to re-route the package. Customer is also responsible for the shipping back any returning items unless otherwise discussed with us.

Refunds & Returns
At the twinkle stars .com, we take great pride in our products and services, and hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, please follow below instructions.
For Online-Store
All returns may be made via mail or in our stores, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 14 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a twinkle stars gift card that will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at our store location only.
For mail-in returns:
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Write "return’ on the box with the original receipts and items you are returning.

Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
Note: We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our store (twinkle stars) - Keep your tracking number(s)

If you no longer have your packing slip/receipts, please contact us at the ‘contact us’ page provided on thetwinklestars.com with your order number. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.

For In-Store
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. We will accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase. Buyer must return the item in the same condition that it was sold (before worn or used) and must show the original receipt.
All returns must be resalable.
Sale and Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged
